Rental Properties

Tropical Beach Rentals has more than 170 houses, castles, apartments, and hotel suites in Second Life. We offer houses and castles on individual parcels, two private estates, apartments, and fully furnished hotel suites. Most houses are tropical waterfront, but we do also offer houses in garden settings, roadside, and also winter sim. We have four tropical waterfront apartment towers, and one roadside apartment tower with an ocean view. The estates are tropical waterfront, edge of world sim, on three protected Linden ocean sims. All four hotels are on protected Linden roadways near protected waterways.

Locking Doors and Privacy Windows

All units have locking doors and privacy windows. All houses have privacy window tint controllers, enabling the windows to be tinted (black on the outside, clear from the inside so you can see out) or untinted (clear on both sides). Castles, apartments, and hotel suites have windows that are permanently darkened from the outside, but nearly transparent from the inside, enhancing the views, while protecting privacy.

Security Systems

All houses, castles, apartments, and estates have tenant-controlled security systems. YOU control who has access to your home!

Media Centers

All units have media centers with a pre-loaded selection of 48 to 54 channels and a 12-station SHOUTcast radio. In addition, Tropical Beach Rentals residents may control the media settings on all parcels using the parcel media settings. Want to use your own Media Center/TV/Radio/DVDs? No problem! You can do that, too.

Fireplaces

All castles, hotel suites, and some houses have fireplaces. Free fireplaces are available for all rentals in the Tenant Freebies Box at the rental office in Thetidia.

Decks

All apartments, estates, and most houses have decks, as well as the even number Hotel Loon suites and Hotel Fujin suites 3 and 4.

Furnishings 

All hotel suites are completely furnished, including poseball couples beds and fireplace rugs. Free low-prim poseball furniture, including poseball couples beds, is available with all rentals in the Tenant Freebies Box at the rental office in Thetidia.

Additional Amenities 

Tropical Beach Rentals has more than 20,000sm set aside in Thetidia sim for recreational activities. The TBR Rec Center contains several tiki huts for intimate or group gatherings, a romantic couples swing, a floating stage with couples dance pose balls and a singles dance ball, a bar with large screen TVs with several movie selections and YouTube, a beach bonfire, and romantic couples poseballs (look behind the huge monkey nut tree). The Rec Center may be reserved for special events by TBR and TCR residents. Please contact Ronon Carver or Gemini Bashly if you wish to reserve the facilities. In addition, nearby Shipwreck Island has a romantic couples swing, couples benches, beach campfire, and a couples chaise recliner. Three of the waterfront apartment towers (two in Thetidia and one in Kyeryong) also have campfires with seating for three. 7Seas fishing is available near the office, and, Thetidia and Timandra sims are filled with waterways, providing great places for jetskiing, boating, and other aquatic activities. However, watch out for the piranhas--they bite! In addition, a Linden roadway runs through Thetidia sim (up in front of the Metro Station Apartments). Feel free to rez a vehicle and take a drive.
