Edgewater

Edgewater features more than 20 two and three-story waterfront homes along protected Linden waterways in Timandra and Promissa sims.  Numerous smaller canals meander between stone retaining walls and landscaped lawns, connecting the larger, palm-tree lined, protected waterways. Each home is separated by tall bamboo fences for privacy. 7-seas fishing and easy access to Shipwreck Island, the Tropical Beach Rentals reacreation center, and other protected Linden waterways are just a few ammenities you can find here.

From $250 per week for 100 prims, to $600 per week for 250 prims. Twelve percent discount when paying for four or more weeks at a time.

Ciuso

TCR Residents has 16 two-story waterfront houses in three tropical sims: two in Timandra sim, four in Promissa sim, and ten in Fortimus sim. All houses are waterfront, have nice green lawns, decks, media centers, radios, locking doors, privacy windows, and security systems. Many also have beaches and/or docks. The houses' open floor plans allow you to use as is or add your own walls to create rooms.

$250 per week, 90 to 100 prims. Twelve percent discount when paying for four or more weeks at a time.

Ciuso Timandra, Promissa, and Fortimus are TCR Residents owned properties, managed by Tropical  Beach Rentals.

Sage Hills

Sage Hills encompasses the southern half of Thetidia sim--and one small parcel in neighboring Lutestring--and features more than 20 one, two, and three story homes on private tropical parcels along a protected Linden roadway.  All homes have nice green, landscaped lawns and flower-lined stone walkways; most have decks; all have media centers, radios, locking doors, privacy windows, and security systems. The houses' open floor plans allow you to use as is or add your own walls to create rooms. Watch stunning sunrises and sunsets over the palm tree lined Sage Bay.

From $200 per week for 80 prims, to $500 per week for 200 prims. Twelve percent discount when paying for four or more weeks at a time.

Winterhaven

Winterhaven features more than a dozen two-story houses and six two-story castles in a cozy winter sim setting. Most of the houses have decks, several have sunroofs, and all of the castles have walled courtyards. The houses' open floor plans allow you to use as is or add your own walls to create rooms. Each parcel is landscaped with snow-covered trees, and several houses have snowy privacy walls.

Winterhaven #4 and #8-13 front a protected Linden snowmachine (that's "snowmobile" for Lower-48ers) trail. Winterhaven Castles #2-4 open onto private Salmo Park; Winterhaven Castles #5 and #6 open onto a protected Linden parcel.

Sage Bay

Sage Bay encompasses the northern half of Thetidia sim and features more than a dozen two and three-story waterfront homes on private, tropical Sage Bay. All homes have nice green, landscaped lawns, flower-lined stone walkways, decks; media centers, radios, locking doors, privacy windows, and security systems. The houses' open floor plans allow you to use as is or add your own walls to create rooms. Watch stunning sunrises and sunsets over the palm tree lined Sage Bay. 7-seas fishing, playing dolphins, and easy access to the recreation center are just a few ammenities.

Lute Harbour

Lute Harbour features a dozen two story waterfront homes on a private harbour, opening onto a protected Linden ocean sims. Each home as a landscaped yard, a dock, decks, media centers, radios, locking doors, privacy windows, and security systems. Most houses have open floor plans, allowing you to use as is or add your own walls to create rooms. In addition, some have one or two bedrooms. Watch stunning sunrises and sunsets over the palm tree lined Lute Harbour. 7-Seas fishing, easy access to protected Linden waterways and an ocean, and close to the Tropical Beach Rentals recreation center.

Smaller houses are $250 per week, 100 prims on 512sm parcels; larger houses are $500 per week, 200 prims, on 1024sm parcels. Twelve percent discount when paying for four or more weeks at a time.
