Apartments

Tropical Beach Rentals offers four different apartment complexes: Sunset Vista Thetidia, Sunrise Vista Kyeryong, Metro Station Apartments, and Lutestring Tower. Most have open floor plans, allowing residents to add their own walls if they wish to create separate rooms, or to use as is, maximizing views. All Lutestring Tower apartments and two of the other apartments (Sunset Vista Thetidia #B1 and Metro Station Apartments #3) are one bedroom.

For maximum privacy, all units have windows that are blackened on the outside, but clear on the inside.

Apartments are rented unfurnished, but residents may pick up a copy of the Tenant Freebies Box available at the Tropical Beach Rentals Office in Thetidia. This box contains numerous low-prim furnishings, including a 38-pose couples bed, and a jetski and several boats, as well as a landmark to Lok's Low Prim Furniture. Lok's Low Prim Furniture offers quality, low-prim, affordable, pose-ball furniture, which will aid residents in controlling their prim usages. (Tropical Beach Rentals does not receive any compensation from Lok's Low Prim Furniture for this endorsement; this recommendation is purely the opinion of TBR staff.)

Sunset Vista Thetidia

Sunset Vista Thetidia features three waterfront four-plex towers with 400sm modular apartments. Because these units are modular, they are completely separate from each other and have no shared walls, increasing privacy. Each unit also has an additional 100sm deck, for a total of 500sm living space.

Each apartment offers unblocked views of Thetidia and Timandra bays and Shipwreck Island. Watch spectacular ocean sunsets from the front decks and the whales playing on nearby Putnami Bay.

Sunset Vista Thetidia apartments are $200 per week, with a 90 prim allowance.

Sunrise Vista Kyeryong

Sunrise Vista Kyeryong has arguably the best sunrise views in Second Life. Situation on the Kyeryong Peninsula, Sunrise Vista Kyeryong has georgous views of both sunrises over protected Imugi Ocean, and sunsets on Kyeryong Bay. Enjoy the views from the beautiful wrap-around decks, or from the rooftop terrace.

Sunrise Vista Kyeryong apartments are $150 per week with a 75 prim allowance.

Metro Station Apartments

Metro Station Apartments is a nine-story brick and glass tower situated alongside the Thetidia Highway. Each floor features a single 400sm apartment, with a front deck overlooking the Thetidia Highway, and a back deck overlooking the Recreation Center garden with the giant Monkey Nut tree and Sage Bay. Metro Station Apartments offers the double bonus of spectacular ocean sunrise and sunset views.

Each apartment unit is $200 per week with a 90 prim allowance.

Lutestring Tower

Lutestring Tower is Tropical Beach Rental's most recent luxury apartment complex, featuring twelve 800sm, one bedroom roadside apartments. Six apartments face east for stunning ocean sunrises, and six apartments face west, for spectacular sunsets over palm-tree filled Thetidia sim. Seven meter tall ceilings will accomodate the most luxurious bedroom furniture, and the units are large enough to add walls to create second bedrooms.

Lutestring Tower's recreational ammenities include a ground-floor swimming pool, sunbathing towels, lounge chairs, a bar, cuddle furniture, and space for dancing and partying.

Each apartment unit is $400 per week, with a 200 prim allowance.
