TBR Suites, a division of Tropical Beach Rentals, offers six fully furnished one-bedroom roadside hotels available for rent by the night, week, or month. Every unit is complete with 38-pose couples bed, fireplace, 45-channel media center, sofas from Lok's Low Prim Furniture, end or coffee tables, a bar with three stools, and art work. The privacy windows are completely blackened on the outside and clear on the inside, and each unit has locking doors. As soon as you pay your rent, the door unlocks for you, giving you full access to the unit.

Every hotel is situated alongside a protected Linden roadway or snow-machine trail.
All hotel suites are $20 per night with a 15 prim allowance. You do not need to join the TBR Suites group to rez objects, but you do if you wish to use the Media Center or Radio.
Hotel Hotei
Hotel Hotei features four side-by-side units in a tropical sim. The main living areas are on the ground floor, and each unit has a ramp leading to the loft bedroom. Hotel Hotei is on a paved Linden roadway next to Simone's! Discount Outlet, the Dosojin bridge, and near the protected Dosojin and Hotei waterways. If Hotel Hotei is full, check out Hotel Kojin, directly across the street in Kojin sim. |  |
Hotel Kojin
Hotel Kojin features six side-by-side units, identical to Hotel Hotei, which is across the street. The main living areas are on the ground floor, and each unit has a ramp leading to the loft bedroom. Hotel Kojin is on a paved Linden roadway across from Simone's! Discount Outlet in Hotei, the Dosojin bridge, and near the protected Dosojin and Hotei waterways. Hotel Fujin
| Hotel Fujin features four one-bedroom units, two on the ground floor, and two on the second floor. The ground floor units have private grass patios; the upstairs units have private balconies off the bedrooms. Each unit has two locking doors--one front, and one back. Hotel Fujin is in a temperate sim, next to the earthquake-damaged Fujin Bridge (great for launching cars) and the protected Fujin waterway. |  |
Hotel Loon
| Hotel Loon offers twelve fully furnished one-bedroom hotel suites along a Linden snow-machine trail in a winter sim setting. Enjoy the romantic atmosphere, listening to the crackling fire while snuggling in the couples bed with that special someone. Each suite featues two embedded pose sofas from Lok's Low Prim Furniture, along with two working floor lamps, in addition to standard hotel amenities. First floor units are odd numbered and open onto back yards; second floor units are even numbered and have private balconies off the bedrooms. |  |
Zindra Suites Moorslough

Each unit offers spectacular sunrise AND sunset views over Zindra canal, decks, 38-pose sex bed, sex rugs, television with porn channels, SHOUTcast radio, dinettes, artwork, and Lok's Low Prim Furniture embedded pose sofas. Zindra Suites units offer all the conveniences of the other hotel suites, and as well as security systems to protect your privacy and PORN channels!
